Co-Founder & Board Director - MBAMr. Arkutu is an accomplished banker with two decades of experience in natural resources and infrastructure financing. His expertise spans 13+ years with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), where he focused on investing across Africa, with a keen emphasis on governance and sustainability. His experience at the IFC, a member of the World Bank Group, has honed his investment strategies and commitment to sustainable development in African markets.
Mr. Arkutu has been managing Sahel Health from 2019 to date as the Group Managing Director.
Dr. Norvishie Arkutu
Co-Founder & Board DirectorDr. Arkutu is a highly experienced orthodontist and the Founder / Lead Clinician at Platinum Orthodontic and Advanced Dentistry, which has been in operations for 10+ years in Accra, Ghana. Dr. Arkutu has with over 20 years in orthodontics and more than 5,000 patients treated using various brace types. She has held roles at several prominent UK hospitals, including Birmingham Dental Hospital and Queens Medical Hospital, and currently consults at the Ghana Dental School. Norvishie is dedicated to mentoring young dental professionals and emphasizes individualized, professional, and compassionate care for each patient.
Dr. Arkutu has a Masters in Medical Education (University of Warwick) and FGCS(Gh) – Ghana college of physicians and surgeons.
John Kofi Baisie
Co-Founder & Board Dir. - MBAJohn Baisie has over 30 years in engineering and operations, currently leads Alternative Sourcing at Apple and spearheads an Inclusion and Diversity initiative. His career spans roles in global manufacturing and operations, including positions at TRW, JBL, Rain Bird, and Gibraltar Industries. Mr. Baisieis also a member of the Stanbic Bank Ghana Board in 2022.
